Incoming steel materials - such as angle steel, steel plates, and steel pipes - undergo chemical composition and mechanical property testing to ensure compliance with national standards and design specifications.

Based on design and construction drawings, precise layout is performed using CAD and Daoheng software, followed by cutting to size with CNC equipment.

Standardized hole-making is carried out using CNC punching and drilling machines. Processes such as bending, stamping, and grinding are completed with professional equipment including flame-bending machines, back-shaving machines, and root-cleaning machines, ensuring millimeter-level connection precision.

Qualified components undergo hot-dip galvanizing treatment to form a uniform zinc and zinc-iron alloy layer on the surface, achieving an anti-corrosion service life of 20-25 years or more.

All components are trial-assembled in strict accordance with design drawings and fixed through professional welding processes including gas-shielded welding and submerged arc welding. The whole welding procedure is implemented under strict quality control.

Finished products are subject to comprehensive quality inspection covering dimensional accuracy, welding quality and galvanizing thickness. Qualified products will be bundled with steel straps, treated with moisture-proof protection, and then delivered to the construction site.
